Shackle Lift Help!
I am going to post a picture of some shackles I just found , my question is will these shackles work?

Reason I am useing them is I bought procomp add a leaf's the guy at summit said it would lift it 2.5 inches which i need for it to be level but it only added one inch, so I am going to use these shackles to go 2.0 roughly.. They are adjustable same size bolts as stock shackle. just worried about the length of the new shackle.

Negative will not work, lengthening the shackle will drop your truck, you need to get shorter shackles to lift it, ebay has a some from canuck motorsports/springtech. I have them and a heads up is to grind a little off the hangar so that the bolts dont rub and cause a squeak
If that makes the shackle length shorter than the stock shackle and do as redheadhunter21 suggested i think it should... if you did a shackle hanger flip those shackles would work really well

Do a search on a shackle flip, it involves either buying brackets or taking the stock hangar and flipping it. that would require you to cut off old hangar, which is riveted to the frame and either bolting it back on or welding it on.
What this does is setup the shackle on the bottom side of the hangar and give a setup similar to a 3rd gen dodge, Im not sure of the exact amount of lift you will gain but a search of this shall be able to explain it more detailed with the amount of lift gained. If you cant get anything through a search on here use google.
