I've been using it but havent been measuring mpg lately with so many changes to the truck...

Well after 3 full tanks ran through it I went from 11.8 to 12.2 on first tank 12.2 to 13.5 on the second tank to 14.1 on the 3rd tank now on the first tank I did fix the plenum with new wires and cap w/rotor but the truck never got better than 12.8 with a good plenum so all in all i would say its a win. startron will be in every tank from now on.

I have a 97 dodge ram 1500 4x4 and i'm only getting about 12-13 mpg so maybe i'll give this stuff a try.

Just put some in my truck today.
Will be going to Nevada in a couple of days so I will keep adding it and see how things go

Whilst we're taking about adding stuff to fuel;
When racing outboards, we use to add Toluene to the gas to boost the octane... gains max out at ~10%BV, and that will give you about a 2pnt octane increase.
It also breaks the surface tension of water so it can pass through the system.
Toluene is a Benzine derivative that is primarily sold as a solvent.
