Default Got New Tires - UPDATED with PICTURES :)

New pictures up.

Got some Goodyear Wrangler Authority's. LT265/70/17E. I wanted C's but they didn't have any and the E's were only $15 more. Got the road hazard warranty and all, spent WAY too much, but the truck rides solid, doesn't shake anymore at highway speed (who'da thunk it?? )

Got some pictures now:

.

Those tires really bring out the wheels too

I think she's looking pretty good, and I've got some pretty decent ground clearance for a 2wd, with the tire/wheel upsize, might not bother with a leveling kit right now.

Got an email back from hellbentsteel, they say they don't offer any leveling kits for a 2wd, and because the coil spring housing is so different between 4x2 and 4x4, it's unsafe to use a 4x4 coil spring spacer.

Jeez, this is getting crazy....

I've heard good and bad about them, my pop in law has them in 15" flavor on his 4x4 RamCharger, and has had no problem with them since he got them, about 6-7 months ago.

Wally World had a terrible selection in the 265/70/17 flavor, and it was getting late so all the regular tire shops would be closing soon...

Anyways, them seem good so far, we'll see over time.

looks good. The only reason I wouldn't go with E is because I want some flex for the dunes. But if it wasn't for the sand, I would go higher load rating. My brother runs tires like your's on his 97 5.9 2wd and muds and hits the dunes pretty good. So you should see some definite off road improvement.

Took the truck to the river, did some playin' in the mud and water, man I'll tell you these tire's have excellent traction.
