Here's pictures of the timing set, set it up to the factory timing according to the instruction manual, looks like it should line up fine.

Also, I posted a picture of the plenum plate, is that the right one? Looks rather, well, small... (Looks huge in the picture, looks tiny when it's in front of you... And I do see that the paper says V8 Magnum...

Now, just gotta decided when to do this. I got the next 3 days off for New Year's, this would be an ideal time, but trying to keep all my help from going deer hunting could prove difficult.

Would like to have someone a little more mechanically "experienced" around so I don't have to post on here every few minutes

Hopefully it'll go smooth

It is more tedious than difficult. Soak intake bolts ahead of time will make the task easier, and have a bolt extractor handy and vice grips. I used thin cardboard and duct tape to cover valley while I had intake off to keep crap from falling down inside.

Just dismount AC compressor and pull over to pass side and tie off. No need to discharge system (if you haev AC!).

Welp I'm starting it tomorrow, probably run to the store tonight and pickup some SeaFoam, so I don't have to go tomorrow morning...

Recruited one of my brother's in law to help, should go smooth. Yup, even though the blend door doesn't cooperate at the moment, I've got AC.
