I would love to have a 2wd for street driving , I only use my 4wd like 4 times year .

 

question..... is it an auto, or manual trans? i heard that they didnt come with a manual til 2010. so this will be a breaking point in my thoughts.....

 

It's an auto, there were no manuals that year on the SRT8. I think there might have been a manual option in 2009, but not sure.

I think the manuals are detuned a bit, i don't think they put out the same horsepower.

 

well.... let me tell ya......... they arent detuned in 2011. 470hp 6.4l holy ****!!!!!!!! my neighbors is a 6 speed t56 manual trans. same trans in the viper, and gt500. viper is coming back out in 2012, with the 6.4 v8 tuned to the sound of 500+ hp.

yep i said it... the almighty v10 is now being replaced!
