Default Grinding Noise

I started driving down the road tonight and started hearing a grinding noise. It sounds like it maybe coming from my front end drive shaft area. It has a slight grind whenever I put it in 4x4 but this is the first time while in 2wd. Not sure thinking maybe the u-joints?

Or anything else starting at the front output of the TC. Going to have get underneath and check everything. Only thing hard to check with out removing the front drive shaft, would be the dbl Cardan joint.

After looking at it for two days, and having 2 auto shops take a look at it I decided to put it on jackstands and go through the motion. No noise at all. so took a look at the driveshaft and come to find out my UJoints on the rear of my front driveshaft were shot. Thank god for a cheap and easy fix. thanks yall for the input and options.

The very rear ones were the cardan joint are a booger. I got tired of messing with it and had somebody do mine for me.
