So 70% hwy and 30% city is that right? Have a look at the Dick Cepek fc2, Cooper STT(my personal fav), and Fierce Attitude. I have used these and more. They are all great tires but some are much more expensive than the others. I can get into detail on them if you like.

Will I notice a power decrease with a 12.5? I think if I get new tires I'm gonna go with the km2s. I got cooper stt's now, good tire. Bfg is pry one of the better brands. Stay away from nitto, my brother had a set and didn't last long at all.

km2s are good for offroad but wear fast on the street. I would say the Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ radial would be the best for on and offroad performance and have an aggressive look.
