I'm getting some soon. 5000K 35W from DDMTuning. Is 5000K decent? I dont want blue, but maybe pure white with a slight blue hint... Is that 6000K or 5000K?

6k is white with a hint of blue I'm pretty sure. I know the lower numbers are yellow ish and the higher the more blue.

I got mine from tspny.com
Mine are 8000K I love them. 4300 and 6000k are most whitish. 8 and 10k are your decent whitish blues and 12 is just ridiculously blue.

i hear the 8K blow often. Now are people fillin my head with crap, or do the bulbs tend to blow after a short time (shorter time than the stock bulbs)

cuz thse look BA so i want to look into a kit. I have a shop 2 blocks down that sells all kinds of stuff for cars, but is there maybe a weaker brand i should watch out for?
