Good options...expecially the windshield....
Go to kbb.vom, enter your zip (as prices vary by locations) and plug in the options you have. It willl give dealer price, trade in value, and private party sale price.
Where are you located?
(and Silver, I am in the south and have no rust . . .. but the severe drought over the last couple of years has been partially to blame - or credit...)

I don't know where you are in Pa, but I just used my zip, 19522. With all the options you listed, and I put it in the very good category, as no rust/rot.
Fair- $2,200
Very Good- $2,850
Excellent- $3,000
Gives you an idea. I think he put the price a bit higher in case he gets beat down on the price. I would offer him $2,400 to start the pricing war!
Of course, this is after you give it a good 30-40 minute test drive. Look for leaks under the engine and the transmission too. If you have time, take the air cleaner box off and open the throttle body and look inside the intake manifold for excess/pooling oil inside, will be a sure sign that the plenum plate on the intake is blown. About $5-600 to have a shop do it and about $200 in parts for a diy job.
Hope that helps!
