So you just riveted everything together; is there anything behind the shroud to properly support the fans?

This gives me ideas. If i can get a custom shroud done for the 19" electric fan I have I think it would do the job alot better than just mounted to my stock plastic shroud so it can really get better suction going on.

 

What kind of fans are you running?

 

Yea it's just rivited together. The fans make the shroud pretty rigid once bolted on so I didn't. Other to add support. Though it wouldn't hurt to add something.
