Well guys its been fun selling my 2001 in NH
#14
LOL I was out of town and getting a bunch of emails, 6k is a bit high I admit but when I price it for what I would like to get then people come in and offer 1k lower so I start high. Once they come look at it and what not then I start letting em talk me down.
I will never start at say 4k because then people will be talking about 2500 for it which I would just take it with me at that point. I figure I can buy door skins and a bumper and make it mint again.
As to why I am selling.... Moving to NV for work. I figure I can take it but why when I can get a zero ruster out there would be easier.
If someone was serious and wanted to see it there could be a deal worked out. I knew that most of you REAL dodge guys would know 6k is high but that is where the negotiation takes place.
It was garage kept and only driven on the bad weather days. So grampas truck it could be considered. I never even let my wife drive it..
The rear end was rebuilt at 90k at the dealership that used to be across from the Belknap Mall near Laconia. The previous owner was a manager there and had all the service done there. The charcoal cans where done and rear lines also at the same time.
Nothing on the internet really makes me mad enough to stop something I am doing personally I know everyone has opinions about everything. I don't mind hear what people think, as maybe I will learn something.

idk, Maybe it's because in Missouri, trucks are worth more than everywhere else in the U.S... yeah right, but I've always thought people on here think others' trucks (and theirs for that matter) are worth less than they really are.
If I said I wanted $6,000 for my truck with 110k (Below Book in Fair condition btw) I would probably get jumped on. But when you actually look at the ads, it's a fair price.
This is my Area btw

those are all Private owners btw.
My point is, in NH any truck from 2001 with that many miles is going to have some rust, and to be honest, his truck has less rust than a lot of trucks that have been in Missouri their whole life.
It's just one man's opinion, but I think his price is fair.
