Guys installing the timing chain I'm curious to hear the result of how the truck runs . I have my timing chain still sitting in my bedroom lol

I did my timing chain a couple weeks after I did the plenum. I was absolutely AMAZED at the difference... the truck ran MUCH better. Mine had 165K on it at the time though...

I can say that mine feels more responsive than before... But I did a fairly in depth going over and freshening up.

Intake was dropped and broke. Freind decided to pull timing cover off without dropping pan ripped my pan gasket. the heads I put on the exhaust studs were broke off in the didnt notice til head was already on and header were bolted up last bolt i tryd to put in felt like a moron not checking b4 I put them on. the mopar chain was confusing as hell. Son decided to put foot through radiator.Gonna take off work tuesday and finish it up. The new felpro plenum gasket that I put on 6 month ago was worse than the original i has a couple oz of oil in the intake.
