I wonder if PO had different wheels and tires and swapped back before selling it. Maybe they had PCM (or equivalent) reprogrammed for different tire size.

Is it someone you can call and ask?

Nope. Bought it a a Honda dealer. They just got it on trade that morning, wasnt even in their system yet.

About the wheels and ECU being reprogramed, my wife was thinking the same thing. I set up an oil change for it for friday (at the same dealer), so I figure I'll talk to the mechanics about it and whether or not something can be done.

Actually, I would need a larger tire. 195/65/15 is stock and to "correct" the speedo I would need 225/65/15. Thats too big for the car, would look odd.

since you bought it from a honda dealer, i'd take it back and have them check it. exaggerate a little bit and tell em its off 5 mph and you don't want the your grandmother speeding, blah, blah.

I bought it as, where is, no warranty. Therefore, they wont do anything.
