Adblock Plus and FF, and I can't see it.

 

If I disable adblock on my firefox (latest version 12) I see it.

If you click the little arrow at the left it will make it very small.

 

Saw it on regular Internet explorer earlier. Now on mobile so I don't :-D

 

Seems it is indeed a product of the boards. NoScripts, or a good ad-blocker will make it go away.

 

firefox with Adblock Plus and I have zero ads, pictures, pop-up's, panes on the right or top or bottom. i have full screen thread content only. i've blocked about 2/3 of the damn site and its works good in stripped down fashion.

tip - only block one thing at a time and then redisplay and try to reply. sometimes you go too far and have to put something back.

tip#2 - you can block a lot of the scripting to block time consuming adware.

 

I was going to start a thread asking the same thing... it seems to have a key logger in it to which hijacks half of what I type when I start to type something..very annoying!
EDIT... installed adblocker and things are much faster without the pop ups and toolbar.

 

Good, I thought I was the only one! might have to look into adblocker, its pretty annoying... lol, i would never buy pennzoil, now i REALLY will never buy pennzoil!!!!

EDIT: got adblock for chrome, no more advertisements anywhere!!

 

I've noticed ABP on Chrome is better than FF. But that's me.

 

+1......... Having an annoying ad is one thing. But it screws things up when I type. Bunch of bull.
