Mine is not a vibration. It is a violent shake of the whole truck. I am not fighting the steering wheel, but it feels as if one of my tires is an oval and not a circle. ANd there is a banging/crashing sound.

I will say that getting the trac bar, ball joints and tie rods replaced did help the problem. Now, I get a lot less side to side movement, and now it is just up and down movement.

My truck has 58K on it and they say that shocks go out any time after 50K. So shocks may "help" but not completely fix the problem.

Why do hubs need to be so much money!
