Rangers have been struggling a littel lately. Don't know what is up with that, but they did take 2 out of three from the Giants over the weekend, and those two were shut outs - which does not happen to the Giants very often!

Zach is in Glendale AZ at the training facility this week, then he ships off to Wyoming (or Montana - can't remember which my brother told me). First year college draftees go there through September and high school draft picks go somewhere in Tennesee.

 

So my great nephew, Zach had his professional debut tonight. He playes 2nd base, turned two double plays, one RBI, one base hit, and batting average of .500.

I know it is the minors, but a terrific start for anyone playing professional baseball. I am so proud of his performance, and cannot wait until he gets called up!
