I saw a flat black 2nd gen RamCharger in Dallas a few months ago. I'll put the pics up later if anyone cares.

Please do. They are both rare and familiar and I think many who love the 2nd Gen Rams also have a soft spot for these Mexican variants.

Here's a cool write-up of the Ramcharger. Since it's on its own dedicated frame, I wonder if someone could put 4x4 components on it. So the Texas truck proves they can be imported. States do have the independence to waive Federal standards on used vehicles(here in Az anyway), but I found out here in Az they perform a basic safety inspection and if you're in Maricopa or Pima County they have to meet Dodge's pollution control for the same model year Ram since they have smog testing in those counties.

i don't personally know him but i saw it over on RCC. that just seems to be where all the cool kids with all the cool toys hang out.
