Engine Knocking while at idle

Default Engine Knocking while at idle

Hey ive been listening to my engine now for a few days and ive noticed that it makes a kind of Knock and it sounds like its more down by the bottom but when ive used a stethiscope i can only hear the motor not a knock ive listened to it on the oil pan ive listened for it on the block and still dont hear it......im stumped its an 99 dodge ram with a 5.2 motor and it has a60 thousand miles on it its still strong and dosent hesitate at all ive changes the oil every 2 thousand miles maybe the oils not thick enuff i have excellent oil pressure but idk what to do or what the knock is....it dosent get any louder with reving it up either any ideas guys?

Pour some coke down the gas tank, as in cocaine. Im pretty sure it's going through withdrawal

Plugs may need changed out maybe its missing or a clogged cat

so does this sound like a internal problem or sumthing that i can fix with changing out parts....i just dont want to be goin down the road and put a rod thru the head....
