Default M1 intake ordered

Just got confirmation that my 2bbl M1 was shipped today! Got it from hi-potek and should be here next week. Hopefully it will get installed this month. Currently I replaced the plenum with the aluminum plate off of eBay, but that blew about a month ago so I figured to just eliminate the whole problem!

Motor was only resealed this last fall. That's when I replaced the plenum. I torqued it to the book and made sure everything was clean. Otherwise the notice is mostly stock. I do have 4.56 gears and a Detroit locker, so I figured the low end is covered. Along with an SCT tuner.

I did notice that one hole on the plate didn't seem to line up perfectly but didn't think too much of it at the time

....OR......hole in intake was mislocated? Ever work in an aluminum foundry where automotive parts are mass produced and machined?

Either way I'm tired of the plenum lol and just drove 5 hours today to and from an offroad park and oil light came on so I'm burning it pretty rapidly
