Does the truck have keyless entry or an aftermarket alarm? Looks like it might be something for that or for the stereo.

if it dose i dont have a remote key, as for an alarm... it hasnt gon off so idk. and my radio is stock and dosnt work

how about a better picture and include how many wires, if any, are in the bottom of it.

if its not Doris Day, it might be a see through relay.

It's not factory. (which is what this thread is intended for) So trace the wires and see where they go. I'm sure it cant be that hard to figure out.
