Default Goodyear, Bad service....

I put on a set of kelly safari tsr tires on my 1998 ram. with less than ten thousand miles on them the inside shoulders on the rear tires are almost worn out. (they have been rotated twice) I went so far as to change the rear axle housing etc thinking I had something bent, but the problem persists. Also, as I am approaching a stop from about 30mph down to ten, I feel the truck Hopping as if I had a bent wheel or axle etc. (but as I said the rear has been replaced and the rims are brand new). I wondered if perhaps I got a set of blem tires or if the perhaps had a weak compound in them since I dont know what would cause this wear. Goodyears only reply was "we dont believe that to be covered under tread life warranty"! all i asked them was what they thought could be causing the issues and their response was to go on the defensive. I am totally turned off to Goodyear products now just based on the customer service. Any thoughts on what would cause this issue? I know that Kelly Tires arent top of the line but any tire should hold up to more than ten thousand miles IMO.

Hows the alignment? Also, when a tire starts to wear a certain way itll keep wearing like that. The tread is already worn on the edge so even after rotating them it will still wear in the same pattern.

how did the previous tires wear?
it sounds like somethings really screwed up in the housing alignment, or spring setup, or frame.

That's why you always get your alignment checked (and repaired) when installing new tires.
