Default Crystal Black Headlights?

anyone runnin these on their truck or anything similiar? if so hows the light throw? found a real nice set i want but i remember having smoked headlights and i couldnt see a freakin thing but ive head the crystal black dosent cut back on the light throw by any means, i have 8000k 35w Hids so i have plenty bright of a light setup

They scatter the light pretty badly.

Get some projectors. They are better for HID's anyway.

Dido. They light up the side of the road better than in front of you.

I am and with HID's thew throw quite a bit of light but my only problem is the seem to be very cheaply made as within a couple of weeks 4 of the the running light LED's all but died that and the plastic they are made of pretty much disenegrated (very ashy plastic) and even putting them in broke off a couple tabs.

This is why when I have the $$ i will be getting projectors.

before spending too much money on headlights or hid's you may want to try putting your current headlights on relays. it can make a noticeable difference

I bought a similar set for my YOTA.........I'll sell them cheap!

They look good during the day, but are not worth a dime at night.....
