problem is that very slow to 60mph and when I back up with a small load seems to have no power. Have done tune-up wires,plugs,cap and roter,replaced map sensor throttle position sensor and even took to transmission shop sad to be fine. thanks

 

fix your plenum, and read the plenum sticky at the top of the 2nd gen homepage...

while youre in there another 8 bolts or so, and youre at the timing chain, replace that stretched out chain.

after all that is fixed/replaced, replace your cat, and both o2 sensors.
