Default What do you think about blue valve covers?

I was fooling around on gimp last night and decided to see how it would look if I painted my valve covers blue. I did some other random effect, so just ignore that. Looks pretty spiffy I think. What do you think?

What did you use for paint and prep? They look nice and stand out.

Whoops. The text is so close to the picture that I glossed right over what you stated. I'm familiar with Gimp, so now I see you were testing the look. Either way, it looks fine.

go with white! lol

maybe orange or red

I would do more than just the valve covers...take your tstat housing and your alt bracket, and anything else you can get off easily and do them all up too!

looks good when you get several parts in the engine bay done up. You can also get them powder coated and it will last a lot longer.
