Yep, my brother bought an 06 Ford F-150 with the 5.4, already had to deal with the spark plug issue, and has had around $3,000 in other weird repairs as well, including the computer. The truck has been in the Dealership just as much as he's drove it in the year and a half he's owned it.

Is that corvette motor got some age to it?

Oh and did you notice the kinked over air bag?

70's Vette? With TPI? Some stuff changed between the 70's, and when TPI first appeared on the scene.... (1985) unless he modified the manifold base, or, has newer heads... gotta be newer than that.

I think it is a late 70's motor with a mind to late 80's intake manifold.

Igot some free time yesterday hand put my truck on the lift to remove the lift kit. All the alignemt racks were full hand it was late so I had to do it the best I could with a tape measure. I though I did alright until I pulled out the ship hand noticed my steering wheel was 90* off. It drove straight hand fine though. I managed to squeez it on to the rack to day hand get it aligned though. It really need so me new tie rod ends though.
