Default 96 2500 wheels on a 99 FORD f350

I just bought a ford powerstroke. Please don't be hating on not buying a cummins. I ultimately wanted a cummins but I can't afford one and the Ford was a hell of a deal. Anyway my question is that I have a nice set of aftermarket wheels on my 96 2500 and I would like to put them on the 99 f350 super duty that i just purchased. Will these wheels fit on this truck? And also will the ford wheels fit on the dodge? My parents bought my dodge and they don't like the bigger wheels and tire combo. If the lug pattern isn't quite the same, is there a way to make them them fit?
Thank You

I'm currently undergoing treatment for cancer and I had my femur and ball into my hip replaced, so I'm temporarily in a wheelchair. I can't do quite as much as I'm used to as of right now. I'm not trying to make you feel like an idiot or anything, just informing you.

I bought the dodge from my cousin a year ago and he said the bolt pattern should be the same also. I just wanted to clarify

2500 will be 8x6.5 bolt pattern

The f350 for 1999 changed from Sterlin 10.25 to 10.5, which changed from 8x6.5 to 8x170mm

^^^ That. Ford's too good to keep the standardized bolt pattern apparently. Now GM decided to create a 3rd 8-lug pattern too. So stupid.
