How well do they light up the road? Meaning the light bar on top..

 

Every day BART sits here waiting for my girlfriend to go to work (she drives RED right now) and once she leaves he goes in the driveway. Today I did a fix to a vacuum leak BART had and now the a/c is blowing cold through the front vents and not the defrost ones. made for a nice ride home from my college class down the road. fog lights should be here tomorrow. funny it came with fog lights, has the button and the wiring but someone did a delete kit on them up front... and next is gonna be a major major project.


oh and the rearview mirror fell off again yesterday!

heres the reason why i need a new driver side mirror (heyyou, UPS is still processing my claim, no info yet) think im gonna upgrade to some tow mirrors

and sitting in the driveway, quick question, anyone know what i can do to those rims? theyre a bit blemished so i was wondering if i could polish or buff em and get em cleaned up a bit? not too worried just wondering

I think the wheels are clear-coated.... might be able to buff them, but, don't hold out a lot of hope for that.

Lemme know when UPS finally ponies up. I can't believe they broke that mirror, even when I wrote "FRAGILE" all over the box..... Maybe I should have shipped it as Nitroglycerin.... maybe they would have been a bit more careful with it.

 

Awesome. At first I wasn't that impressed with the light output of them, but I aimed them all a little lower, and it's amazing. I can see everything clearly about 1/2 - 3/4 of a mile away.

they are ALL hopped up in one way or another...

far left (from the pictures point of view) is a 24v with a 64 turbo I think it was, and a fueling box like mine, diamond shaped extremely heavy stacks, set of I think 150hp injectors, and some other misc stuff...

next truck in line is a 12v P7100 with a HE351VE (variable geometry turbo from a 4th gen) single stack, set of injectors, and some pump tuning.

next has a hx35w turbo and in interesting looking manifold...I dunno if he really did any performance mods to it though... next in line is mine, then next to mine is warrens which has a HE351CW (3rd gen turbo) some injectors I think, and some pump adjustments. then there is marks. all some pretty nice trucks....

they were picking on the 2nd gen 12v though....


poor kid isn't even old enough to drink and they had his stack full of beer bottle caps, beer cans, etc.
