It can't -- the images are hosted elsewhere and don't pass through the dodgeforum.com server(s) on the way to the user.

If there's one good thing about vBulletin, the PHP slopware that serves up this site, it's that it serves as an example of how not to do things. I'm not knocking dodgeforum.com at all, but vBulletin sucks. I've got a few clients using it and have had to modify it to suit their needs... deep in the heart of it, vBulletin sucks.
