You get a 91-93 grille on your 81? Looks good.

i'm personally not a big fan of the 91-93 grille but it's rad support was in way better shape than the one that as on my 81. now i do like having 2 trucks with grilles that match but i wish i could have been using 81-85 grilles.
heres the rusted out rad support

It's been a long road and I'll remember what I can, I bought the truck off a younger lady a few years back and it sat in a barn for two years prior to be buying it. It needed two front u joints it made its way threw the lift line up.
Diesel coils on 285/75/16
Diesel coils on 33x12.50x16
Diesel coils with spacers on35x12.50x15
5.5" with spacers and 35x12.50x15
5.5" with 1.5" spacer on 37x13.50x17

Up to this point only thing I've replaces was a starter and a fuel pump oh and the two u joints.
Never really planned on painting it till I pulled the pin stripe off and had to sand Dow the lip at this point the body was in great shape so I threw some paint on it, wasn't happy with the paint job.
A buddy of mine had a friend with a sport front and was talking about putting a Baka style frontend on it. I immediately offerd to buy it. Lol 150.00 later I had my sport swap.
After doing the swap about a yearish later I decided to have the truck professionally painted, truck needed one cab corner. But I opted to have both cab corners, both bed sides and rockers replaced, paint turned out great!!
I hooked up two a couple pulling sleds and did alright, last one I knocked something in the rearend (drove it home on the rear axle) so I got under it and I noticed the tranny mount was ripped so I replaced it and the truck still hopped. I was puzzled so I pulled it out on the hard top and dumped it, after a nice 20ft of roaring 37s my spider gears decided to leave the rearend threw the dif cover.
That's the day I started my one ton swap, picked a set of 60/70 4:10 for 200.00

Other than that stuff it has k&n intake,+52mm throttle body, custom y pipe, not cat hooked to a flow master 40 with 3" the whole way, msd wires. Interior has pioneer head unit with 2 12" Sony Competition subs powered by 1000 watt amp, pillar 3 gauge cluster, Camo roof, swapped out the carpet for the rubber floor.
Im sure there is a few things I'm missing
