The guy wasn't so much stuck as his transmission had **** itself, he had no forward gears, and was backing out of a driveway and couldn't make the turn.
Oh, the tow hooks are those trucks are useless, they're too close to the bumper to get anything threw them....
My lil ole 360 had no trouble pulling him out, didn't even spin tire![Smile](https://dodgeforum.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)

that is probably because designers don't want people using chains to pull trucks out of a ditch. a chain snaps someone could get seriously injured. tow strap snaps you should be able to walk away to tow another day.

If I snap that chain that something is WRONG... It's a beefy chain
And he wasn't buried in mud, just the usual Dodge O Matic crap transmission....
But I do realize the danger of pulling with a chain, I don't usually pull people out, just happened to be in the right place at the right time. Maybe I should get a tow strap though...
