When the rpm is high enough to move the vehicle but not so high it blows the motor.

72,342 rpms... i recommend using a jet engine and a new flux capacitor to achieve this.

Dude! Have you priced new flux capacitors now that unobtanium is so costly? It's better to upgrade to warp drive. The initial investment is higher but lifetime costs are halved.

i run my moped at 10,000rpms,, the pipe hits real hard around 7,000rpms

Warp drive huh... never thought of the swap.. if i do this will it make my man land larger like having my tow mirrors flipped out does?

Even better. It'll be like having your tow mirrors extended, driving around in clear weather with your fog lights on, AND a window sticker of Calvin peeing on a Ford logo. The chicks will throw their clothes off and fight to sit on your lap, the guys will think you're the baddest dood in the world and one serious mufker who ain't to be messed with. Fish will concede defeat by just jumping into the boat to get it over with. Not only that, you'll get 50MPG city and 231MPG highway, cops will just smile and wave as you speed by at 40 over the limit, your tires will never wear out. Any cracks in your dash will heal themselves, too.
