Here in good ole southwest va, it's pretty windy and gloomy looking. No rain yet but it's supposed to rain and then eventually turn into snow

no rain here yet, slightly windy, but nothing terrible. supposed to get 60+ mph wind gust for the next 2 days. should be fun, only thing im worried about is the 65' pine outback thats leaning right at my house

Yea we thankfully dont have big enough trees to hit our house... They would be close though.. Its gettin windy now and raining.. kind of put a stop to my work outside

Perhaps, but your house *is* a prime target for wind-swept debris.

There's nothing like a loose 2x4, plywood sheeting, or a wayward tree branch crashing through the windows.

yeah the pine tree is about 25 feet from my house. on the plus side, we get a new house if it comes down. lol

any school closures for you PA guys? just about every school in southern NH is closed tomorrow.

Last I heard yesterday os the worst of it will hit Tuesday. Seems pretty severe.

And freezer full of meat? OK. But if power is down for a week to 10 days as they predict in some areas it may thaw....Hopefully have something that does not rely on electricity to cook! Probably gooing to be too nasty for the backyard BBQ thing! Hope you guys all weather the storm OK.

Our schools already shut down for Monday and Tuesday....

Out here, generators are a must... We must save the meat!!! Mmmm

if we lose power here ill either A- walk across the street, and hang out with my neighbor and his 20k watt generator, or B- back my truck up to my camper and hook it up, and boom, we got heat, hot water, and a fridge/freezer!
