Recall claims

Looking at 2001 dodge 1500 4x4, if truck was never taken to dealer for recall work, would i as new owner be able to get this work done? Does Dodge even still honor these older recalls? Thanks

Chrysler customer assistance sent me a build sheet on this truck, had nothing on recalls
