Default De-Chrome The Ram

So I'm wanting to swap out the chrome bumpers on my 01 2500 and go with white since that is the color of my truck. So thinking of cost, how is the best way of going about this...?

The Sport bumpers are hard to find.
Unless you want to go with the 98 and older Sport bumpers, which is just a bumper that was prepped for paint, and painted.

Could probably just sandblast the chrome off and go from there.

I'm just weighting out cost difference since it's a "want" and not a must. I have come across a few white ones but they've been rusted or beat up .

You could always go black and white.

Depending on how you do it, it could look pretty nice if you can pull it off.

Why not just paint the gray plastic on the front and go white/chrome?

A lot of guys use Plastidip for that stuff. There's one guy on here that did everything that was chrome on his truck: bumpers, grille, emblems. I think he did the honeycomb in the grille too.

I, myself have used it on the taillights, rear bumper pads and tailgate protector.
