Okay, for the past few days my dashboard has been popping and making squeaky noises. Not that big of a problem, just wanting to know what could be causing this. Maybe because it is just cold outside? Truck is garage kept. Dash is in excellent condition.

 

Probably just the weather. You could check some of the various fasteners holding it in place, but, don't overtighten them, as that WILL lead to cracking.

 

I agree with HeyYou, but I would also check for the little rubber/foam pads that they put in between the pieces to see if they have fallen out. Usually a grey/black square piece about 1/8" thick or less.

 

I figured thats what it would be but i will check the fasteners and rubber pads just for the heck of it. Thanks guys!
