Ya I could probably give er a go in the summer. And if I **** up the guy I take my truck to, he's only ten minutes away. And when I graduate I would like to take an auto body course and maybe a few mechanic courses

its only 12 bolts, and some gaskets. its really not that hard. that is unless you snap a bolt off in the head.............

I really was positive I could do it now that you mention snapping of a bolt in the head, really discouraged me haha. But solid point

Well, technically electronic files don't weigh anything, so I think you are out of luck.

when i did my airgap someone was at the plenum before because there was no bolt in the back , the screw was still in the head still :/. and i broke a bolt up front . other than them bolts will snap, make sure u soak em a day lol

I soaked my bolts on my headers like twice a day for a week all of them came out nice but the one snapped

The M1 is great, but it needs a good tune to take advantage of the airflow characteristic changes.


Emissions shouldn't change much, if at all.

I didn't soak even 1 single bolt in penetrating oil when I did my plenum, and not 1 single bolt broke
