I'd say get your plenum fixed first, forget the CAI and just get a drop in filter, either cut your cat off if emissions allow(if not get a highflow), and if the wallet goes that far I'd say a SCT tuner. That's my input. BTW the search button will help you find out more

Trans go kit is a good idea, but make sure they installa BW gove solenoid instead of reusing the original. The BW is better than OEM.

Check the sticky on the plenum to make sure it is good. Also you can download the service and parts manuals in the FAQ/DIY section here. It will come in handy.

Transfer Case saver. Plenum. Tune-up (plugs, wires, cap, rotor) if you don't know that it was done recently. Full fluid flush and replacement everywhere. Check brakes and front end/steering components. After all that is taken care of....

3" single exhaust with high flow or no cat. DIY E-fans. DIY Throttle body mod. Don't bother with a cold air intake, just make sure you have a good filter, maybe a cloth drop in. Double roller timing chain. SCT tuner. That's the (relatively) cheap stuff.

Gears if you want any tires bigger than about a 31".
