Ask the tranny shop to install a Borg Warner gov solenoid. Other than that, yes as stated, plenum, exhaust (especially cat) and o2's (NTK's from rock auto).

AND have them put a drain plug in that pan!

called the guy that owns the trans shop (good frend called him at home) told him to go ahead and add the Borg Warner gov solenoid and a deep pan. I told him I would call him first thing and tell him what pan I wanted so whats my best bet? Thanks guys my hats off to you for all the input.

oh and will the deep pan have a drain plug? Sorry i have never owned a auto trans or a gas truck lol

Some do, some don't. Buy one that has it. Also, make sure it comes with the filter extension as well.

Fair few folks make 'em, find one you like. (jegs, or summit?)

Make sure you get the filter extenson block (shiney thing in pan). Otherwise, the filter will not set low enough.

Looks like that Derale deep pan also has a place for a trans. temperature sensor also, another $60 or so and you can run a guage in the cab to monitor temp. Glowshiftdirect.com has a nice selection.
