Default Need advice

I have opportunity to trade my 1996 1500 club cab short bed with 241k mi. For 1998 Durango automatic with 160 k. Btw the ram is a 5spd, both cond about the same both large tires. Ram will need clutch soon

Well I couldn't find the question, but I personally hate automatics, and wouldn't trade.

why would anyone want a durango?

Stick with the ram. Unless you need the Durango for a family vehicle... Even then I would get a 4 door 3rd gen before a Durango.
