It will alter your shift points a little bit.. Comes with 3 "canned tunes".. You can get custom tuning from Sean for another 100 I think.. Not really needed unless you have a fair bit of motor work done.
I want to be able to put my foot in it and get thrown into the seat back.
For $200???? Not going to happen. Unless of course you find a used set of tires that are WAY too small and put them on.
You have 16" rims? Find a set of used 205/55/16 tires. It will look stupid, but your final drive will be "geared" down. Youll haul @ss off the line till about 50 mph. Then itll be too high rpm's and may blow the motor. You may also be pushing the load limit of the tires.
Basically if you want to be safe about the "power", an SCT is about all you can do.
The Hemi will do just that.. The old mans hemi will do it even with the 35's.. Granted his 4.10 gears help alot.. And a Cummins will do it.. Takes some money and work to get a 360 or 318 to do it..
I'm great full for the advice but I'm thinkin I might pick up one of those sct tuners and see where that gets me
SCT is about the best bet for the cost. But if you have issues as stated below by Stewie and others, it will not overcome those issues. Fix those first if they have not been addressed.
And my "$50" thing is because so many want so much performance increas, but are unilling to pony up what it would cost to do it correctly as redneck and others have done. Performance is NOT cheap.

Also a clogged cat will affect performance as well...
Lots of things to think about...
