Default Need a Nylon Webbing Source

I'm looking for a source for nylon webbing.

It doesn't have to be from the Internet, just someplace to find it. I need 1" width and 1.5" width. The tractor supply places want upward of $6 for a 3" length and then rape the buyer on shipping.

how heavy are you looking for?

here's a lightweight, for sewing onto bags or clothes.

Strength isn't an issue. The webbing is used as a buffer between the fuel tank and the tractor frame as well as the hood and the fuel tank.

I've looked around on e-Bay; however, I don't want to purchase several yards when I only need a foot or so.

Perhaps I'll reconsider, buy some, get what I need, and flip the remainder.

REI, Academy, Cabellas, or any other sporting goods type place should have it.

Someone suggested that in another forum. The perfect one's would be from an early 1970's or older Volkswagen. I may have some sources for those.

Use some rubber, like a bicycle tire tube. Just another option.
