You could also do a setup like this for cheap. Had it on my 98 ram.

They are inside the muffler of course. Where muffler bearing's belong.

the amount of horsepower gained from that would clearly depend on what kind of muffler it is. flowmaster, magnaflow, thrush, ya know...
