Wheels can always change but I'd love to tear around in that!

I know that transmissioncenter.net has an adapter to bolt up a Chrysler big block to a small block transmission. Just found it again. Part number is #56XXX. It's $689 though. Now I have all sorts of thoughts running through my head........

Was gonna say It should be the T-56.

Viper, corvette, camaro Z28, Ram SRT-10, and mustang type-R all used the Borg Warner T-56 6-spd which later became the Tremec T-56. Same trans I want to put in my S10 if I ever do a V8 swap in it. that double overdrive makes for great fuel economy, not to mention you can slam through the gears fast in that trans! I have never had a transmission that would bang through the gears without grinding faster than that T56 in my old camaro. shift in a split second and bark the tires every shift. thing shifted smooth as glass.

THAT IS SWEET!!!... except for the plastic ***** and pimp my ride wheels. I'd buy that in a heartbeat if it were closer.

Yeaaaa... I want it. But I bought my Cummins for $500 more and it is a lot more truck. There will always be trucks out there I want to buy, for instance I found this today (again, look past the wheels).

I am happy with it as is. Perfect sunny day cruiser. Low and slow... Just needs different wheels. SRT8 challenger Alcoa 5 spoke's have always been what I want to put on an old cruisin' truck.
