Dual exhaust is as easy or difficult as you make it.

E-fans are kind of subjective, the kits that have everything including instructions are expensive, any others are almost entirely DIY.

New heads would be good. Heck I've got a set I ain't using now...

For a true dual exhaust 2.5" setup, I got mine for around $200, used stock manifolds but the rest was new.
