I have a 96 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4. I am interested in giving the truck a mild lift, maybe three inches. I have seen body kits, suspension lifts and "leveling kits". Any recommendations? I don't want to go crazy money wise, but I also want to do it right. Truck rides well and other than potentially stiffening it up a bit, I don't want to hurt the ride/reliability for the sake of looks. Also, I have heard some say their trucks had an offroad package, how can I tell if mine did (all graphics had been painted over)?

I had a 95 Ram that i put 3in spacers from ebay on the front springs and blocks from your corner autoparts store on the rear. It worked great for me. I had 35in tires on it with some after market rims that came on it when i bought it. The ride was stiffer but the height was nice. I still wish i had that truck my new trucks ifs sucks.
