Weird, the way 44s are designed they eat the lowers like candy.

I'm assuming you have a 44

^If my truck had a front axle, it would be at least a Dana 60...

Not sure if OP had a 4x4 or 4x2, so I thought I would give some advice from a 2wheeler.

His is 2wd. My lifted 2wd ram ate the lowers and wheelbearings. Now im running some from rockauto on my 4wd that were supposed to be "problem solver" equivalent.

Cool

XRF Is the only Way to go. Plus They come with 1,000,000 mile Warranty. I've been dealing with this guy from the tire club. Their customer service is unbelievable.

Well XRF are kinda made in Canada (put together here in Canada but they are forged over seas) just call them and they will set you up with a dealer close to you if possible. I am not a lover of the XRF parts after seeing a guys (member here on DF) trackbar break in half when driving. Just get Moog.
