I can only speak of my experience thus far and thus it's just another option to consider amongst XRF, Moog, Napa, etc. At least with Napa you have lifetime replacement and pretty much assured they are in stock. Then it's just a matter of a store being close enough to ya. I can't tell your location.

I got my balljoint set from Quad4x4.com on 9/2011. Installed and still rolling as a DD with some decent wheeling, mostly rocks and trails. Not much mud stuff or slippery tree routes.

btw, you confirmed your clunks are from the balljoints as opposed to the track bar or shock mounts, etc.?

 

I use the Moog problem solvers. No complaints/problems so far.
