I'm planning a throttle body, aftermarket muffler and y pipe, the sct if I can get one, and the air gap. From what I have seen on this forum, cai don't do enough to warrant the cost.
And HS roller rockers possibly. These things are supposed to wake these trucks up, I am looking forward to getting all these things hopefully.

 

Maybe someone who has actually done it can answer your question better, that's just what I am hoping for. That and it should help me get about 30 mpg, because that's how it works right? Lol

 

Don't forget the fuzzy dice. Zman has them and list thems conservatively aT 5hp. They're probably more like 50 hp and 10 mpg

hahaha 30mpg. Sign me up and throw some racing stripes on for arrow dynamics!

 

Any gain you get from aerodynamics will be negated by the extra weight of the paint for the stripes. Come on now pull it together man

 

Dam*it, I better get my pinstripes touched up since they're chipping...

Anyways, I think a throttle body would/should benefit me since I have a lot of bolt on "breathing" mods.

 

Don't forget the chrome.....chrome makes anything faster.

Also, lots of stickers from Summit, Jegs, Thrush, etc.

 

Now I know why I don't have the fastest truck in town... I've got a Sport model with no chrome bumpers and trim.
Guess I'll never have the fastest truck, as I don't like lots of chrome, or a clutter of stickers.
