would it be hard on a transmission on a dolly?? seals drying out or anything of that nature

 

Are you going down the street? Are you going 20 miles? Are you going 200 miles?

 

Using a tow dolly, and just putting the trans in neutral, is a sure way to destroy your trans. if you want to dolly it, remove the rear driveshaft. Just throw it in the bed.
