Uhmm... looks like a basic 3" lift kit to me. I'm sure someone on this forum is or has run this lift. You might have to address the front axle shifting a little bit with the lift. I would scuff up the shocks and give them a good coat of paint or they'll most likely start rusting soon.
That'a just the regular ol plain jane rough country stuff...if you don't plan to do heavy off-roading with your truck then the rough country kits usually work okay. Just remember, when it comes to truck parts, you get exactly what you pay for - don't expect $1500 dollar durability and performance from a $500 kit...I also dislike the idea of rear lift blocks, I'd go for an add-a-leaf setup if it was me.
Find some 2500 coils for 2-2.5 lifts depending if you go diseil or gas. Then add a leaf. All for less than 200 bucks I would bet and a lot more durable.
rough country lift for Jeeps aren't too bad, but definitely not the greatest. most people get them b/c of the price. but they are usually unhappy with it & eventually upgrade. i don't know how they are for truck, but i assume the same. as stated before, you get what you pay for.
